Melt & Unwind is an upper-body relaxation experience combining soothing back, neck & head massage, facial massage, Gua Sha and gentle buccal massage to help release tension you may be holding in your body, face and jaw.

Your treatment begins with relaxing massage to ease away tension and encourage your body to soften and slow down. We then move into a calming facial massage, using gentle techniques and Gua Sha to leave your face feeling refreshed, relaxed and beautifully cared for.

Particular attention is given to the jaw, where we often hold tension without even realising it. Gentle buccal massage works inside the mouth alongside external jaw massage to help release tightness and encourage the whole face to relax.

This treatment is especially lovely if you feel stressed, overwhelmed or find yourself clenching your jaw. It’s time to put everything else aside and simply be looked after.

*Can the treatment be adapted?

100% yes, all my treatments are specially adapted to each individual person & needs on the day_ you tell me what you'd like working on & I'll make it happen.

*What should I wear to my appointment?

I suggest arriving in comfy clothes so you can leave & relax. I will ask you to remove some items of clothing depending on what areas we're working on.

*How long is the treatment?

All treatments can be tailored to your needs, my sessions start at 60 minutes but we can also do 120 minutes if you'd like.
