Cancellation Policy from November 2023.

To ensure I am able to treat all of my clients fairly & be able to fit everybody in.

I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. 

This then allows me to offer the appointment to a waiting client.

​

Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will require a 50% charge of the treatment price.
